Ordering
* You will receive a detailed order confirmation from us via PayPal (our credit card Processor) immediately after placing your order. * Since we custom build every order please allow 7 business days from the date you place your order until the date of shipping. On the shipping date you will receive an email from FedEx with your tracking number. * Ohio residents will be charged 6.5% sales tax. * You can have your order shipped to a different address than your billing address. During the "Review your order" section of the checkout process you can change the "Ship to" address to anywhere you wish. You will be charged the shipping rate that applies to your “Ship to” destination. * All orders of $400 and above require a signature for delivery. * We process all credit card orders using PayPal. International Orders
* We ship world-wide. * International shipping charges include brokerage/clearance fees. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and will be collected/billed upon delivery.
Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied you may return your new golf clubs within 30-days of receipt for a refund of your original purchase price including any applicable sales tax. A return authorization must be obtained before we can accept a return of merchandise. Contact us for this authorization on-line through the Contact Us link on our website or by calling us at 419-662-9336. Our return policy does not include Used/Demo golf clubs, individually purchased grips, or special orders. Shipping/handling charges are not refundable. All contents listed on the original Packing Slip must be included for a full refund (with the exception of books). Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. There can be no return of books as they are a sale of information. Our return policy is only valid once per customer. Therefore, it does not apply to any customer who returned a purchase under this policy and subsequently places another order for the same item or items. Nor does it apply to any customer placing subsequent orders for the same item or items as were purchased previously.
Limited Warranty
We warrant our golf clubs to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year following the original ship date. We will, without charge to the original purchaser, repair or replace the club if it proves to be defective during normal use within this period (normal use does not include misuse or abuse and the associated damages ie: dents on the top, side, rear, or sole of a wood clubhead). This does not cover grip or cosmetic wear and tear due to normal usage. Any alterations to the original golf club voids this warranty. |
