W-T-F measurement

All human beings share the same skeletal, muscle, tendon, and joint functions and from a mechanical standpoint are the same regardless of height or sex. Non-mechanical differences arise in custom fitting however, for instance: the height of a bicycle seat needs to be greater for a taller person than a shorter person although the mechanical design of the bicycle remains the same. By the same token there is only one true fitting variable in the building of golf clubs and that is club length. Based upon your wrist-to-floor measurement we adjust your club length to correspond to the lie angle of the clubhead in order to ensure a proper fitting. The W-T-F measurement should be taken while standing on a hard surface. Wear jogging shoes (not golf shoes) and stand at attention with your shoulders back and your arms straight down at your sides. Measure from the left wrist (the base of the palm), to the floor for a right handed golfer and from the right wrist to the floor for a left handed golfer. You should have someone else take this measurement for you to ensure accuracy.

* Ohio residents will be charged 6.5% sales tax.

* All orders of $400 and above require a signature for delivery.

International Orders

* Your Shopping Cart shows shipping charges for international orders based upon country of destination.

* Duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be billed separately by FedEx or the Customs/Taxation authorities.

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied you may return your golf clubs within 30-days of receipt for a refund of your original purchase price including any applicable sales tax. A return authorization must be obtained before we can accept a return of merchandise. Contact us for this authorization on-line through the Contact us button on our website or by calling 419-662-9336 Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm EST. Our return policy does not include used or demonstrator golf clubs sold at a discount or special orders. Shipping/handling charges are not refundable. All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. There can be no return of books as they are a sale of information.

Limited Warranty

We warrant our golf clubs to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year following the original ship date. We will, without charge to the original purchaser, repair or replace the club if it proves to be defective during normal use within this period. This does not cover grip or cosmetic wear and tear due to normal usage. Any alterations to the original golf club by other than 1 Iron Golf voids this warranty.
